Let me let you in on a little secret. I actually love shooting real estate. In a way, it's a little bit of a diversion from what I usually do, filming a lot of uncontrolled action and hunting and wildlife, but it takes me back to when I was learning in the studio at Syracuse where everything had to be just so, and you controlled everything. I like the difference. I like having a chance to take my time, and make things perfect. 

I offer photo and video, and I live in Bismarck so I'm happy to shoot anywhere in the Bis-Man area, although I have also traveled before to film for bigger jobs like apartment complexes, so nothing is off the table! Just contact me and I’ll answer any questions you have.

Notes

• Travel Fees: No charge within 25 miles of Bismarck. Beyond that, just ask for a quote!

• Cancellations : $50 fee for cancellations less than 4 hours before the shoot.

• Custom Quotes: Available for unique projects, multi-property portfolios, or ongoing partnerships.

• Usage Rights: Clients receive full and permanent usage rights for marketing.
